Refund Policy

At Glam Spazio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective product or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the conditions below.

Timeframes

• Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days after receipt.

• Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days after receipt.

For visible damages (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos or a short video of the product and packaging. After this period, damages will be considered as misuse.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., removing bracelet links).

Once the product is received and approved by our quality team, the customer may choose to:

• Exchange it for another product available in stock, or

• Receive a refund for the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty

All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, customers must send a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

The warranty does not cover:

• Aesthetic damage after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Improper accessory use.

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, fading, battery wear, etc.).

• Unapproved durability tests (drops, water exposure, or excessive pressure).
